It’s not only about saying the word of God it’s about the word of God actually being alive in you. It will then speak for itself. The Lord is more concerned about the condition of our heart than our words.
The Caveat is this - stipulations requirements
The more we speak his word the more the condition of our heart changes
We become transformed by the renewing of our mind when we read/study/meditate on His Word - humbling ourselves before the Lord so the living Word “Spirit of God” Holy Spirit 🙌 can do the work in us
If we continue in his word, the truth will set us free it will set us free from every foul condition of the soul. We have to allow the word to take root in our heart to be set free. We have to allow the word of God to take root in our heart and do what only the word can actually do.
Hiding the Word in our hearts so we do not sin against God in word thought, nor in deeds
We are to heed to the word like the Psalmist did in Psalms chapter 119 starting at verse 10
“With my whole heart I have sought You; Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments! Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You. Blessed are You, O Lord! Teach me Your statutes. With my lips I have declared All the judgments of Your mouth. I have rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies, As much as in all riches. I will meditate on Your precepts, And contemplate Your ways. I will delight myself in Your statutes; I will not forget Your word. Deal bountifully with Your servant, That I may live and keep Your word.”
Psalms 119:10-17 NKJV
So it’s not about having the word simply in our memory, knowing it having the ability to quote it it’s actually about meditating on the word, hiding it in our heart holding to the truth of the word with and from an eternal perspective not just here and now
we must check in daily with hearts if it is not guarded. we run the risk of being deceived by it. Our daily prayer must be creating me a clean heart and renew a right spirit in me.
Proverbs chapter 4 verse 23 tells us and encourages us and command us “Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life. Put away from you a deceitful mouth, And put perverse lips far from you. Let your eyes look straight ahead, And your eyelids look right before you. Ponder the path of your feet, And let all your ways be established. Do not turn to the right or the left; Remove your foot from evil.”
Proverbs 4:23-27 NKJV
““The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it? I, the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind, Even to give every man according to his ways, According to the fruit of his doings.”
Jeremiah 17:9-10 NKJV
the Lord is very clear to us about our humanity about Our hearts about our carnality about our flesh, but he tells us through scripture how to overcome these things not to trust in it right not to trust in ourselves
Lord, I asked that you would purge us the body of Christ with hyssop and we shall be clean my prayer father is that you would wash each and every one of us and we shall be whiter than snow father in Jesus name amen.
We are called to walk by Faith and not by sight
So I pose this question only for you to answer to yourself or a question to pose to Holy Spirit individually so He can reveal to us where our faith lies…
what do we have faith in?
we all have faith but what are we using our faith for?
Do we have faith in what we see?
Is that where our faith lies?
My hope and prayer is that we are using our faith to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. That is what our faith is here for and that is what will keep us from fainting so keep going!!! Keep pressing! Keep pushing! Keep trusting! Keep meditating in the word! Keep it hidden in your hearts! Keep speaking the word of God!!! And ultimately surrender to the work of the Word in our inner man in Jesus name amen
“I had fainted, Unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait on the LORD: Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.”
Psalm 27:13-14 KJV
this scripture right here , our faith in God‘s word and his ability is what keeps us from fainting. that’s why we keep pressing and that is why we continually persevere despite all because our hope is in God and we are looking for and waiting on looking forward to his goodness and his promises because we have set our hope and faith and trust and lives in God
Our hope is in God our faith is in God our belief is in God, although our breath may have been knocked out of our bodies, although we have endure things that seem to be unbearable at times there is a hope in God that we are holding onto that has ignited our faith, causing us to persevere.
We are reminded through the written word of God weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes in the morning
So may we be reminded and encouraged that the sufferings of this present time is not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed in us
So I’m sharing with us all today to tell us not only is our joy being restored, and this is now considered our morning this day. It is the morning of God‘s glory being revealed in our lives. God has taken us the body of Christ from enduring to overcoming, victory and triumphantly entering into his good land where our minds are pruned and purged and we are bearing good fruit in our lives. we no longer hide unrighteous thoughts, masking personalities, masking character masking Masking, we have to submit to the place of pruning and now is the time to allow God to deal with the hidden parts of our thought life the hidden parts of our heart, the hard parts of our hearts because again we are reminded today that God much more concerned with us yielding to the work of the Word on the inside of us he’s concerned about the condition of our hearts.
When individually our hearts are unhealthy it has a collective impact on the health of the body of. Christ as a whole.
Ultimately that means the body of Christ is unhealthy
for our father and Lord our shepherd is bringing us into the fullness of him, he is dealing with our inner man. The reason our inner man is being dealt with because we the body Christ has yet to come into the full freedom of Christ Jesus, the word of God says he whom the son has set free is free indeed if I ask the multitude, have you been set free by the son the immediate response would be, yes
despite being still deeply bound within
the word of God is true however we must come into submission to the work of the living word completely to live in this freedom. Our father is dealing with and delivering us from the enemy within, so we can be brought in to the fullness of liberation and light in and through Christ Jesus
Have faith in God hope in God
Brothers and sisters can we believe what we don’t understand?
now faith…
can we believe what we don’t understand? in walking with God we have to have the ability to believe what God is saying what God has written what God is doing what God makes us privy to even when we do not understand when we do not understand how it’s going to come to pass when we do not understand the method God is going to use to fulfill his promise or his word rather, when we don’t understand the timing of his promise when we don’t understand why we continuously endure why we are continuously going through different pains and suffering and trials and tribulations, and it is not looking like the thing that God has said, but I ask you this question can you believe , what you don’t understand?
Faith, are you willing to believe what you don’t understand? Walking by faith, and not by site is believing God, despite the inability to understand in the natural what’s being revealed in the realm of the spirit
can you believe it even when there has been no revelation given by holy spirit, but receiving an instruction that you are required to obey, even though it makes no sense can you trust God? Are you willing to trust God beyond your current measure of belief or faith? The Lord said he is taking us from glory to glory and faith to faith that means he is increasing the glory in our lives. He is giving us more of a capacity of faith in his ability. Can we keep our eyes stayed on him ?
In Jesus name amen.
